Our installation system allows for nearly any pattern or design. Each of our surface options will produce unique, luxurious results. The biggest challenge is narrowing down the selections to best suit your needs. We are dedicated to customizing a surface that is perfect for your space, and your needs.
Color
Our surfaces are integrally colored to create the desired tone. Once the texture is dry the surface is antiqued, then sealed with a clear sealer. The surface can also be sealed with a pigmented color to create a more uniform appearance. For the integral color we ask that you pick a sample of the color you like, and we will match it quite closely. The tinted sealers come in twelve standard colors, but can be customized.
Color Match Staining
We use a variety of unique coloring methods to create nearly limitless options. Considering our customer’s likes and dislikes and paying attention to the surrounding areas, our Design Specialist helps to construct a color combination designed specifically for our customer and their space. The coloring process includes a sample board made on location. We will provide samples from other jobs so we can get an idea of what you like. Our design consultant will ask you questions to further assess your style and needs. The sample board acts as a test subject to compare colors. We then confirm the color selection and any changes to be made. Our process allows us to show you what can be done with the coloring, and for you to see the color in its space. This custom approach offers maximum control so you don’t have to spend hours looking for the right color. We simply create it for you.
Custom/Extended Coloring
We understand that some people require a little more assistance in decideing on a color that others. It is most important that the customer recieves a end result they are happy with. We offer additional coloring asistance in several ways: additional sample boards, larger scaled sample board, test coloring, and even complete recoloring. Please understand we will go to every measure to ensure an end result the customer will be proud of. The added cost varies by method, but is usually out weighed by the end result.
Taping
Our method of creating realistic grout lines involves a fiber tape or stencils used to mask off areas of the base coat we wish to be exposed. This method has several advantages. We can tint our basecoat, so it offers our customer a choice in grout color that will contrast the stone, or blend in. The surface of the basecoat is similar to that of sanded grout adding to the effect that it is natural. And because it is sealed with a protective coat the grout resists staining and discoloration.
Scoring
For many applications scoring offers additional design options. Concrete can be scored in many different ways allowing for intriquate patterns and designs. Different widths and depths for cuts can provide added demention and detail. We can combile taping and saw cutting for a wide variation of textures and depth. The possabilities are truely endless.
